Music for Mixed Ages ( Babies - 4 yrs.)

Semester Session (8 classes)

Come experience the joy of music and movement with your child in a class of mixed ages (babies through preschoolers). Class sessions include singing,dancing,practice with rhythm and tonal patterns, focused listening, and playing simple instruments, all contributing to an environment in which the child's music aptitude is nurtured while beginning to develop music skills.

Winter/Spring Semester Curriculum/Materials: Nimble & Quick (includes CD with digital download, Parent Book and bean bag).
*If you are registering 2 siblings in the same class, tuitiion and materials is $206 for the first child and $180 for the sibling tuition and instrument.

Music Makers: Around the World (6+ or Completed MM@Home)

This is a year long class. (2 semesters)

Music Makers Around the World is the second year of Pre-Keyboard, preparing the child for success in Music Makers at the Keyboard. In this class, children explore the music, dances and stories of different cultures. As always, the key ingredients are singing, listening,movement, playing instruments, and tonal and rhythm patterns. Through echoing patterns, the children will build a vocabulary of musical phrases which they can recognize aurally and visually, which leads to beginning reading of musical notation.

Materials include a CD and Digital Download, a map, song pages, and notation games. Children will receive 2 packets for each semester. Sibling materials include all of the above except the CD and Digital Download.

Fall Semester Materials: "British Isles" and "Amerindians"(CD & Digital Download, Folder, and notation games for each)
Winter Semester Materials: "African American Music" and "Germany"(CD & Digital Download, Folder, and notation games for each)

Amount Due for Sibling registered for same class: Tuition: $224 + Materials: $36 = $260.

Music Makers: At the Keyboard I (At least 1 yr. MMH & MMW)

This is a year long class. (2 semesters)

This is a comprehensive musicianship program designed to lead your child on the pathway to music literacy. In Music Makers at the Keyboard your child will continue developing listening, singing, rhythm skills and will add beginning keyboard skills. *A keyboard or piano is necessary for at home practice.
Please note that in order to ensure the most successful experience, this class requires the following:

*Regular Attendance including Parent time

*Commitment to daily practice.

*Parental commitment is required to support the process at home.

Tuition:	$475 Winter Semester (Weekly classes during Winter/Spring semester)
Materials:	$60 Winter/Spring Semester. (Sibling Materials:$30)
Total:	$535(Tuition & Materials for sibling in same class: $433.75)

Music Makers: At the Keyboard II (Graduate of Keyboard I)

This is a year long class (2 semesters)

This is a comprehensive musicianship program designed to lead your child on the pathway to music literacy. In Music Makers at the Keyboard your child will continue developing listening, singing, rhythm skills plus add beginning keyboard skills. Please note that in order to ensure the most successful experience, this class requires the following:

*Regular Attendance including Parent time

*Commitment to daily practice.

*Parental commitment is required to support the process at home.

Tuition:	$475 Semester (Weekly classes during Winter/Spring semester)
Materials:	$60 per semester (Sibling Bk.w/o CD's=$30)
